A fresh take on a traditional café style menu, guests will be treated to an array of salads, wraps, sandwiches, bowls, pastries, and a variety of smoothies, juices, tonics, as well as a coffee and tea program. The café will be open for breakfast through early dinner. Highlights from the menu include:

  • One Salad. Shaved Vegetables. Hemp Seeds. Sunflower Sprouts. Spicy Macadamia Nuts. Avocado. Chili-Lime Vinaigrette.
  • Bahn Mi Wrap.  Ginger Roasted Eggplant. Lentil Pate. Smoked Jalapeno Cream. Carrots. Radish. Herbs. Collards.
  • One Bowl. Brown Rice. Sprouted Lentils. Roasted Broccoli Crowns. Massaged Kale. Nori. Sprouts. Turmeric Dressing.
  • Mango Cheesecake. Pistachio Crust. Lime Curd.

A cocktail, wine and beer list will feature organic, biodynamic offerings whenever possible in addition to fresh garnishes, juices and mixers for the cocktails.

Plnthouse will be located in 1 Hotel South Beach, 2341 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139. The table-service café, full bar, and grab-n-go component are located on the third floor. The indoor dining room seats 53 and the outdoor deck, overlooking the ocean, seats another 52.  Open from 7 am-6 pm daily.
