Arata, which is Japanese for fresh and new, offers plant-based ramen noodles, steamed buns, small plates, desserts inspired by Far East flavors, and an original cocktail and organic wine program. Spearheaded by Executive Chef, Scott Winegard, Arata highlights the abundant and beautiful produce and products available to us using innovative techniques. We are continually inspired to explore and develop new ideas within plant-based cuisine. Stay tuned for update on Arata.

GUEST CHEF SERIES with JESSICA LARGEY

On March 12th we are hosting 2015 James Beard Rising Star Chef of the Year Jessica Largey for a guest chef 5 Course tasting menu.

Jessica was the Chef de Cuisine at Three Michelin Star Manresa for six years and is now opening her own restaurant Simone in the Arts District of DTLA. She will be preparing a completely plantbased tasting menu for all of our guests that evening!

We will not be serving our usual menu for this evening.

Tickets are $65/person + 20% gratuity.
