Unlike other non-dairy cheese products that are full of fillers and stabilizers, PlantLab Artisanal is made of entirely raw, whole-food ingredients. We use a unique blend of cashews and macadamia nuts, followed by a lengthy fermentation process to achieve our incredible flavors. The unique flavors – Fennel, Truffle and Smoked – all work perfectly in any dish as a cheese substitution or can be enjoyed as a spread.
